Terms of service

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Coyote Concepts, a web design studio in North London (N22) ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@coyoteconcept.com.

2. What you're buying

Lone Howl and Full Moon are fixed-price packages with the scope shown when you order. Alpha Pack and other custom work is quoted in a written fixed-price proposal that you can accept or decline at no cost. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it.

3. Ordering, payment and timelines

We start work after you place an order and we've agreed content and timeline on a kickoff call. Payment is requested by payment link or invoice as set out at order. Launch dates depend on you supplying content and feedback promptly.

4. Revisions

Each package includes the number of design revision rounds shown on the pricing page. A round means one consolidated set of changes. Further rounds can be added at an agreed price.

5. Your content

You confirm you own or have permission to use the text, images and logos you give us. You keep ownership of your content and your business's name and branding.

6. Ownership of the finished work

Once you've paid in full, you own the finished website's design and content produced for you. We keep the right to use general tools, code patterns and know-how, and, unless you ask us not to, to show the finished site in our portfolio.

7. Hosting, care and social plans

Pack Care (hosting, domain renewal, security updates and small edits) and Pack Social are optional monthly or yearly plans. They renew until cancelled, and you can cancel with notice as described at sign-up. Included edits or posts don't roll over between months.

8. Concept and preview sites

Where we build an unsolicited concept for a business, it is built from public information, is private and password-protected, and isn't a client project. If you'd like one taken down, email us and we'll remove it promptly.

9. Refunds and cancellation

If you cancel before work starts you'll get a full refund. If you cancel after work has started, we'll charge only for work done to that point. Your statutory rights aren't affected.

10. Liability

We'll carry out the work with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for things outside our control such as third-party outages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy & cookie policy.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
